My recipient did not recive their email for a gift card, what do I do?
This can happen when the recipient’s junk email filter is set, or when Gadabout is not a trusted sender. We can help you resend the message by contacting us directly at 520.322.9434 or via Live Chat.
My transaction was declined, but I was still charged?
Some financial institutions will authorize for the amount you were trying to purchase. This will show as pending. Within a few days, these charges should fall off. We suggest checking with your financial institution for their declined transaction policies. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact Jennifer at 520.322.9434.
How do I find out the balance on my gift card?
You can do this via Live Chat from our website, by email at email@example.com or by calling 520-325-0000.
I can't get my gift card to print...help?

I lost my gift card, what do I do?
We will try to locate it for you, however we cannot guarantee replacement and may need proof of purchase from you prior to being able to replace. Please call 520.322.9434 to discuss the options.
Do you offer any loyalty programs?
Yes! When you purchase a gift card of $600 or more, we give you 10% extra! More info here! Please note, we can only offer our loyalty and rewards programs when gift cards are purchased in salon.
Where can I use my Gadabout Gift Card and for what?
Gadabout gift cards can be used at any of the 5 Gadabout SalonSpas locations as payment for any services or products. Gadabout gift cards are not valid at our sister salon, VerVe, nor can VerVe cards be used at Gadabout.
